La innovadora fabricaci\u00f3n aditiva de motores marinos se fabrica con materiales termoendurecibles de fibra de vidrio continua para formar un trimar\u00e1n con un casco azul brillante. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Las ventajas de usar nueva tecnolog\u00eda en este proyecto como la impresi\u00f3n 3D y la fabricaci\u00f3n aditiva permiti\u00f3 ejecutar en un menor tiempo el desarrollo del proyecto,ahorro de costes, flexibilidad y creatividad del mismo comparado con m\u00e9todos tradicionales.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\" wp-image-1730 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.eurobots.net\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/mambo-2-300x170.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"318\" height=\"180\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.eurobots.net\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/mambo-2-300x170.png 300w, https:\/\/www.eurobots.net\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/mambo-2-768x434.png 768w, https:\/\/www.eurobots.net\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/mambo-2.png 888w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 318px) 100vw, 318px\" \/>MAMBO utiliza la tecnolog\u00eda de impresi\u00f3n 3D patentada de Moi \u00abFabricaci\u00f3n continua de fibra (CFM)\u00bb para la impresi\u00f3n 3D, lo que significa que es considerablemente s\u00f3lida fuerte y ligera. CFM consiste en la producci\u00f3n de algoritmos de generaci\u00f3n que son enviados a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eurobots.com.pe\/video-es.html\">los robots<\/a> de alta precisi\u00f3n de KUKA Quantec para que tengan ascenso y alto rendimiento mec\u00e1nico en piezas impresas en 3D.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\n<p align=\"justify\">\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eurobots.com.pe\/sistema-de-fresado-es.html\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\" wp-image-1731 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.eurobots.net\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/mambo-1-300x165.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"381\" height=\"211\" \/>El robot<\/a> coloca las fibras con resina termoendurecible para aumentar la eficiencia de la fabricaci\u00f3n de piezas y modelos que tienen caracter\u00edsticas similares a las fibras de vidrio que se transmite en una direcci\u00f3n determinada. El producto final elaborado no requiere modelos, moldes o kits de herramientas. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">La embarcaci\u00f3n tridimensional cuenta con medidas de <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">6,5 metros de largo, 2,5 metros de ancho y 800 kg de peso en seco. Tambi\u00e9n incluye asientos de cuero de lujo, un sistema de navegaci\u00f3n funcional, suelo de corcho y un motor de 115 CV. El casco del barco est\u00e1 hecho de un dise\u00f1o de triciclo invertido. Las piezas grandes se imprimen y luego se unen en una \u00abestructura s\u00e1ndwich\u00bb, eliminando as\u00ed cualquier separaci\u00f3n entre el casco y la cubierta. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Gabriele Natale, CEO y cofundador de Moi Composites coment\u00f3. \u201cParticipamos en el sal\u00f3n n\u00e1utico de G\u00e9nova en 2017, y fue durante este evento que se nos ocurri\u00f3 la idea de hacer MAMBO.
